Our rooms offer a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore and are equipped with a private balcony, which is ideal for enjoying a delicious breakfast or a wonderful aperitif.

Apartment

Two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms and an exclusive garden overlooking the lake. Guests can take advantage of the services of the adjacent hotel.

Services, inside and outside the room

Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with shower and satellite TV, which includes the main Italian and foreign channels. The rooms are bright and furnished in a simple and functional style, with particular attention to the quality of your rest. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

TV and Wi-Fi for the room

All rooms and apartments are equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Buoy Service

We have a buoy for mooring boats, which is accessible by means of a small dinghy with oars directly from the nearby beach.

Pets are allowed

Pets are welcome. Ask here for the costs for four-legged friends.

Free parking

Guests can park for free in our private car park. In addition, there are two covered car garages available.

e-Bike Rent and storage

Cyclists can take their bicycles to a reserved garage/cellar. A hydro-cleaner is available for washing bicycles.

Terrace with a view

The splendid terrace with a total lake view allows guests to have breakfast, enjoy an aperitif or drink a good glass of wine with a special platter.

Beach

A few dozen metres away, there is a staircase that gives access to a small beach.

Car charging station

There is a charging station for electric cars.
